If your questionnaire is not received at least 48 hours before your appointment, you will automatically receive a request to reschedule your consultation.

Your 60-minute private video consultation is $297. If you choose to move forward and purchase a home with Christina, that full $297 is credited back to you at closing on your qualifying purchase. There is no obligation to continue working with her after your session.

What to know before you book.
Is this a sales pitch?
No. This session is educational. You will not be pressured to sign anything or commit to working with Christina afterward.
Do I have to hire Christina afterward?
Not at all. Many clients use this session purely to get educated. If you do choose to buy with Christina, your $297 is credited at closing on your qualifying purchase.
Is the consultation refundable?
The consultation fee covers Christina's time and the research she does to prepare for your session. If you need to change your appointment, reach out directly and we will help you reschedule.
Can my spouse or partner join?
Absolutely. This call works best when everyone involved in the decision is part of the conversation.
What if I am not ready to move for a while?
That is common. Many people book this consultation a year or more before they plan to relocate, simply to start planning early.
Is this only for Northeast Florida?
No. The consultation covers relocation anywhere in Florida, including lifestyle, tax, and residency questions. Christina represents buyers directly in Northeast Florida, and introduces trusted agents in other Florida markets.
What happens after I book?
You will receive a confirmation with your appointment time, video meeting details, your payment receipt, and a link to your pre-consultation questionnaire. Appointments can be booked starting 72 hours out, so you have time to complete it.
What if I miss the questionnaire deadline?
The questionnaire must be submitted at least 48 hours before your appointment. If it is not received by then, you will automatically receive a request to reschedule and a link to choose a new time.
